As their Accounting
Manager, you will be responsible for:

Budget re-forecasting
·
Variance analysis
·
Cash management
·
Tax basis and cash basis financial statement review
·
IRS income tax review
·
Audit coordination
·
Training and mentoring a staff
Qualifications:
·
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting REQUIRED
·
CPA required
·
3+ years of accounting experience
·
Real Estate Experience is desirable
·
Proficient in Excel and all other Microsoft products
