How will you bill me?

Weekly you will receive an itemized bill outlining the charges for all interim professionals working at your company. Payment is due 15 days from the date of the invoice.

What if I want to convert my interim professional to my employment?
This happens frequently. Through the contract, you have had time to get to know the interim expert, see their work, and believe there is a future for this professional with your company. Often when there are positive feelings on the part of the employer, the contract consultant feels the same. A provision for this temp-to-hire scenario, along with the conversion fee is outlined in our agreement with you. Just let us know that you are ready to hire, and we will negotiate the terms of employment with the contract consultant.

How long will it take you to find a Interim professional for my project?

Typically it takes us 48 hours, from the time you place your requirements for us to find the perfect interim professional ready to work. Of course you can, if you have time to do so. Clients often want to conduct phone or personal interviews with the candidates we present. We check with managers they have worked for over the past 7 years. Where an interim professional has a long period of service with one employer, we ask for references from their various supervisors. Once you have made a commitment to a particular professional, we run a full criminal background check.

Our interim professionals will work on sensitive proprietary information. What is your assurance on confidentiality?

Our interim professionals are experts who know the meaning of discretion. Even on routine projects, it is understood that work performed for clients is confidential. It is not to be discussed outside the workplace. If you need security clearances (such as in the case of Department of Defense contractors), please provide as much notice as possible, as the background work on such investigations take some time to perform. Whatever your specific confidentiality requirements, please discuss them with us, and we will work to oblige.
