Needed a consultant to review their current benefit package and to assist management in developing a strategic 2-3 year plan for the Benefit function.

Our Benefits consultant reviewed their current program, and recommended changes. She also helped develop and implement an open enrollment process which included the development of a benefits booklet that will be used by the national recruitment staff, a new voice response benefit enrollment system and an online enrollment process for benefit changes and new hires.

Client was experiencing exponential growth and expanding their services. As a result, they needed to fill in the gaps internally to support scaling up as an organization.

Over a 2 year period, we started at the senior level to identify the right leadership to build strong teams in IT and Marketing. We placed 10 more mid/senior level direct-hire professionals across all business units and an interim recruiter to aid with hiring hourly employees. The client converted the recruiter to a full-time employee, and we continue to work in tandem on ongoing staffing needs.
